Welcome to MeeFie! By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern the relationship between MeeFie and you in relation to this website and/or mobile application.

3.3. You retain ownership of any content or data that you upload or submit to the platform, and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the platform and associated services.
- Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
4.1. The MeeFie platform and associated services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content or data provided through the platform, and are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
4.3. You agree that we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or associated services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
- Indemnification
5.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeeFie and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the platform or any violation of these terms and conditions.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law.
6.2. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of ICC, AAA, LCIA and ICSID, and the parties hereby waive their right to a trial by jury.

7.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
7.2. If you do not agree to any modified terms, you must stop using the platform.
7.3. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend the platform or any associated services at any time, with or without notice.

8.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MeeFie regarding your use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
8.2. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.3. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or our right to enforce it.
